Welcome to Sage & Sand. This store is operated by Kaan Akkanat, trading as Sage & Sand ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Sage & Sand is a trading name of Kaan Akkanat, a sole trader registered in Ireland.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you an email confirming dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, including your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, and the two year guarantee against defects under EU law.

Liability

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We're not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for misuse of our products (for example, use of a product in a way it wasn't intended). Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
