Where we ship

We ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and across the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Free shipping thresholds vary by destination, and an express option is available for some destinations.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days within Ireland, and 3 to 8 business days for the UK and the rest of the EU, after dispatch. These estimates are guidelines, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods.

Customs and import charges (United Kingdom)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to local import VAT, duties, or handling fees charged on arrival. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Orders within the EU are not subject to additional import charges.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at info@sageandsand.eu and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll put it right, either a replacement or a full refund. Under EU law, the risk of loss or damage in transit sits with us until the item is delivered to you, so you're covered.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs may apply.
