Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to love what you bought from Sage & Sand. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work.

Your right to change your mind (30 days)

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, no reason needed. This exceeds the 14-day right of withdrawal you're entitled to under EU consumer law.

To start a return, email us at [info@sageandsand.eu] with your order number. Items must come back unused, in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. We'll send you the return address once your request is confirmed. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for an item we don't receive.

If something's faulty or we sent the wrong thing

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us — we'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full. Just email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it straight away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll get an email to confirm.

A few things to note

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights, including the two-year guarantee against defects under EU law.
